Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:                             
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 508(RLS)                                                                  
    "An Act relating to results of testing for paralytic shellfish                                  
    poisoning and to participation of the Department of                                             
    Environmental Conservation in the development of operating                                      
    plans of qualified regional dive fishery development associations."                             
                                                                                                    
There being no objection, it was so ordered.

508(RLS) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                    
placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
